Each mother knows the first words of her child by heart. Irene even sang them! – At the age of one and a half she started to sing one of the great songs in those times “Zwei kleine Italiener” (Engl. ”Two small Italians”) of Conny Froboess. Her musical family was happy and proud of their talented child which continues singing through her whole childhood.
But like everyone knows the music business is not a trustful one, so Irene decided to make business training.
But at home with her own children she still continued to sing.
In the year 2005 Herbert Fricke a famous host of the NDR (the biggest Northern German Radio& TV Station) discovered Irene’s voice.. Booked as a host for the evening, Irene sang in of her breaks within her moderation when Mr. Fricke heard her voice and asked her to sing in his famous radio program “Gruß an Bord” (Engl. “Greetings on board”) which runs since every year on Christmas Eve. So far so good- Irene managed her performance perfectly and the audience was enthused.
Irene realized that she is very talented und began to train her voice professionally. With the help of a singing teacher and a chummy pianist she schooled her beautiful voice. After a few weeks it was obviously that a great singing talent was discoverd. She was booked for several events, like for example in famous locations in her hometown Hamburg like the “Hotel Jacob” which is right next to the Elbe river or the “Hotel am Süllberg”.
When the old piano found its way into Irene’s life she created the idea for a show called „Liebe! Liebe! Liebe” (Engl. “Love!Love!Love!”) – a musical therapy!
To sing along with her is not just allowed it is desired!
